Love the folding reformer, and customer service is excellent!

Ordered this after having seen it a few times online, and debated it for a while. It is pricey, but not as expensive as others, and it comes with a lot of extras.

Probably the most difficult part of the set up with opening the crate. That thing is heavy and packed to prevent damage (and it also made opening it kind of tough). But once we got it open, it is mostly assembled and then just have to wheel it into your home. I thought it would be hard for me to figure out how to attach the pulleys but it was actually a snap. I just signed up for the free classes so I’m looking forward to using it. It looks great and made to last.

Just bought this 2 weeks ago. Ordering was a breeze. Delivery went smoothly and I am very happy with the purchase. Set up was pretty simple, my husband had it set up within about 30 mins. The quality is very good. The padding is good, the quality of the leather good, it’s heavy which is good and the glide is smooth. Very happy with it.

Love this reformer! It’s sturdy, well made, and the jump board is easy to put on and remove. I love having the flexibility to work out on my own schedule - it will definitely pay for itself compared to the in-person classes I was taking multiple times a week. I researched for months and I’m so glad this is the one I went with.

First of all, the service from this company been excellent. Thanks to Greg for answering my questions as I was struggling with which type of reformer to purchase. I feel he helped me to make the right choice. Thanks also to the others who answered my emails promptly and helped me with delivery questions. My crate arrived but had to stay outside for a couple of days (I had to place a good tarp on it) as we had massive rain and wind storms so not possible to unpack it. Finally got the parts in the house today and next challenge is to set it up. The videos are easy to follow. Looking forward to my first workout and to fulfill a dream of owning a Pilates reformer. Very well built too!
