We love our Maple Elite Studio Reformer! We purchased it for one-on-one reformer sessions but we will be ordering more for our reformer studio. It glides so smoothly. Assembly was very straight-forward.

The Maple Elite Studio Reformer was delivered effectively to my home. It was very well packed and no pieces missing. Everything was packed individually so no damage. The Reformer is very quiet and very smooth. It is real leather, very comfortable and very good quality. It was very easy to assemble and the video was very useful and well made. The explanations were very clear.

I had called the Ottawa number prior to buying to receive guidance on what machine would suit my needs. I was given great advice, also given a step-by-step on the delivery process.
I watched all the videos provided from your welcome emails. These tools made the set-up of my new Pilates machine so much easier. I’ve set up the free 60 day Pilates videos, which makes using my new machine much easier. I’m very pleased with my purchase, would strongly recommend this Canadian Company.

Absolutely love my Maple Elite Home Folding Reformer & the customer service I received. Ordering was super easy. I had a few issues upon delivery…2 legs were not attached & the carriage was installed backwards but the customer service I received from Fortus was incredible! They responded to my emails so quickly and solved my issues to my satisfaction. The reformer itself is quieter than the ones I used in a studio. This is a premium product and I love that I can fold it up and push it to the side when not in use. I would highly recommend making a purchase from Fortus.
