Excellent condition, solid frame and easy to put togethet

I’ve been loving my Fortus Pilates Reformer! It’s solid, well-built, and feels just like the ones at a professional studio. The carriage glides smoothly, the resistance springs are easy to adjust, and the whole unit feels stable and sturdy during every workout. I really like how versatile it is.. I can get in a full-body workout that’s both challenging and low-impact. It’s also sleek enough to fit well in my home space without feeling bulky. Definitely worth the investment if you want studio-quality Pilates at home.

Purchased the reformer for personal use in my home studio and it has been great. Had to follow up with customer service on an item and customer service was very prompt to respond and assist. Reformer was easy to assemble and is extremely quiet and smooth.

We love the smoothness of our Fortus reformer and the wide array of spring options. The look is very sleek, studio grade and not like some others on the market. We selected this model because it was a good length and can accommodate either my husband or myself comfortably. It also is not too low to the ground.

I am extremely happy with my Fortus Maple Elite Studio Reformer. I did extensive research on reformers before selecting Fortus. I'm in the US and wanted a durable and high quality reformer when I found this Canadian reformer. I am very impressed with how well built this reformer is. Every last detail has been carefully designed down to the German engineered springs. I could have paid less for a low quality reformer but with these, you get what you pay for. The carriage glides very smoothly and is nearly silent. It was also very simple to put together and wasn't too heavy to carry down a flight of steps to my gym. The heaviest part was the frame which is made from beautiful maple wood. All other parts come off and can be easily carried separately. I watched the video on assembly first then read the instructions, both were very easy to understand. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and look forward to many years of use with this well built top quality, smooth and silent glide Fortus reformer. Lastly, customer service is top notch, answering any questions I had promptly and thoroughly.

I absolutely love my new folding maple elite reformer. I have been doing Pilates for over a decade and this reformer has exceeded my expectations. It was super easy to unpack and set up with quality design built into it throughout.

I can't say enough about this reformer, and even more so, customer service for this product. The reformer itself is exceptionally well made and a joy to use. However, it was damaged during shipment, and I was horrified because it was such an important investment. Kacia and Greg immediately called me and were extremely supportive and completely transparent about my options. I chose to fix the damage myself, which did not affect use of the unit, and they gave me a generous discount because of my trouble. Customer support gets 15 stars out of 5, and as I said, the reformer itself is phenomenal. I cannot rate this company and its products highly enough!

As others have, we have researched reformers cost, quality and our personal requirements through reviews and real world experience. We decided on the Aluminum Elite Studio Reformer With Tower.
The Fortus Pilates family has communicated throughout the entire process personally....the initial broad questions, availability, shipping, delivery, setup, and satisfaction; all expedient and thoughtful.
Our Fortus reformer replaces several machines (rowing machine, bike, etc.), which had taken up more space. It hits more muscle groups and is a complement to free weights.
Setup was easy for me, and they included tools, instructions, and videos. Quality after a few months is fantastic. I'm particularly appreciative of the high quality springs, smooth wheels, quiet operation, etc.
We are so much better off with this purchase, a gratifying ache of real muscle usage, as well as a full body stretch to relax.
