Just bought this 2 weeks ago. Ordering was a breeze. Delivery went smoothly and I am very happy with the purchase. Set up was pretty simple, my husband had it set up within about 30 mins. The quality is very good. The padding is good, the quality of the leather good, it’s heavy which is good and the glide is smooth. Very happy with it.

Love this reformer! It’s sturdy, well made, and the jump board is easy to put on and remove. I love having the flexibility to work out on my own schedule - it will definitely pay for itself compared to the in-person classes I was taking multiple times a week. I researched for months and I’m so glad this is the one I went with.

First of all, the service from this company been excellent. Thanks to Greg for answering my questions as I was struggling with which type of reformer to purchase. I feel he helped me to make the right choice. Thanks also to the others who answered my emails promptly and helped me with delivery questions. My crate arrived but had to stay outside for a couple of days (I had to place a good tarp on it) as we had massive rain and wind storms so not possible to unpack it. Finally got the parts in the house today and next challenge is to set it up. The videos are easy to follow. Looking forward to my first workout and to fulfill a dream of owning a Pilates reformer. Very well built too!

My Fortus Reformer with Tower came in about 5 days after ordering. It was boxed very well.

When setting it up I had a question, it was a Saturday night, so I submitted my email I assumed I would hear back on Monday...nope! Within an hour my question was answered!

Quality product. I started thinking about an at home reformer months ago and finally pulled the trigger. It came packed well in a large crate. After unboxing it took about 20 minutes to put the whole thing together. The glide is excellent and the feel of the machine is quality all the way. I love that it easily folds up and can be moved out of the way easily.
The customer service is excellent and responsive.

Super easy to set up, great packaging and clear instructions. Love that its on wheels for easy moving. Very adjustable. I am used to a reformer higher off the ground but the lower height is sort of nice for transitioning off and on the machine safely. It is a bit more difficult to get up from for my mom, but I think it may also be practice since she is unfamiliar with a reformer. Good quality and happy with my purchase. Adjusting to exactly what I needed took some trial and error, but adjustments are quick and easy. The only thing I would say is that the carriage is a bit harder than the studio one I am used to since I have a previous tailbone injury, but I have had people suggest cutting a yoga mat to size to put on top of the carriage if extra padding is needed, or use a carriage protector to add extra cushion.
