This product is beautiful and easy to set up. I have just begun to use it but believe it will last a very long time. It moves smoothly, tension is good! So far seems like a great machine.

I LOVE my new Fortus reformer. I use it several times a week. It was easy to assemble and comes with the box and jumpboard. Fortus customer service is also excellent.

We had an excellent experience with the Fortus Pilates Team, especially Kacia, whose customer service was truly outstanding. From start to finish, Kacia was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly helpful.

We ordered the Aluminum Pilates Reformer with Tower, and it arrived very well packaged. Assembly was straightforward and stress-free thanks to the clear video instructions and detailed manual provided. While we haven’t had the chance to use the machine yet due, we’re very much looking forward to getting home and trying it out.

We would highly recommend contacting Kacia and purchasing Pilates equipment from the Fortus Team. Our next planned purchase will definitely be the Pilates Chair.

The Maple Elite Reformer is amazing in every way. It’s built sturdy but elegant.
Services was absolutely on point. Greg was the easiest human to communicate with, even over the holidays. Very responsive and friendly.

Thrilled with this purchase! The unit is very solid, and beautiful! It makes zero noises such as rattling/squeaking, and is perfectly smooth!
I was expecting to have to build the unit but it comes completely put together, only needing to put on the handles, and footrest.
It did take a hot minute to become comfortable with how it folds, but once I figured it out, I can fold and unfold on my own without a second pair of hands.
Fortus very throughly lets you know before purchase that the delivery is curb-side with no exceptions. I was prepared with a small furniture mover, and the crate was smaller than I expected. I had no issues rolling the crate into the elevator and my apartment.
The delivery company was also great, providing exact measurements of the crate and photos so I could be prepared for their arrival. It does require at least two people to pick the unit out of the crate. Once it’s out, it’s ready to roll, literally, into whichever room you want to place it.
I am excited for my future with this reformer!

It’s been 2-3 weeks since receiving my reformer and I love it. The reformer is high quality wood, glides well, 6 springs with 2 rows to adjust, so gives a lot of options on spring combinations. I had also a lot of questions before ordering and the customer service department responded quickly and were very friendly. The delivery process was quick and easy with their carrier.

We really enjoyed unpacking the reformer and getting it set up. It was very easy to assemble, as it was mostly together. You can tell it's great quality right away. The workouts have been enjoyable. Switching between the different configurations is easy, and fun too. Highly recommended
