I’ve only just started using it but so far so good. Was happy with the shipping, ease of set up and instructional videos - no tools needed to set it up.

First off, the customer service at Fortus has been fantastic. They are very communicative, friendly, and helpful. I spent several weeks researching and comparing various reformers before choosing this one. The reformer is phenomenal and I'm so glad I chose Fortus. It's quiet and extremely high quality. Other than it being foldable, it's of similar if not better quality than the brand I use when visiting the local pilates studio. Also, not that it matters, but it's a really beautiful reformer and fits well in small spaces. It's easy to fold and stays put. I'd highly recommend this company/brand for your reformer. I ordered on 11/5 and had my reformer delivered on the 10th. It was well-packaged and delivery was seamless.

It took me a long time trying to decide which reformer to purchase. I went back and forth between each one and finally decided on the aluminum folding reformer as I wanted something of studio quality. It is very easy to move around and unfold. The glide is completely smooth, you wouldn't even know it folds. It feels exactly like what I use in the studio, and I love it!

I love my maple elite studio reformer, I opted for the tower add on and so glad I did! Everything about it is amazing, the glide is near silent, it even has a tier system for their springs providing a wider range of options for you to be able to tweak the resistance just right. It also comes with all the accessories included in the price, love that. 10/10 would recommend, no regrets, I also love that this is a Canadian company! No surprise it has stellar customer service.

The delivery and assembly process was seamless. I'd say it took us more time to bring the machine from the garage down to the basement, but we managed :) The rest of the assembly took less than an hour. I find the reformer very solid and sturdy. The springs are nice and springy. The carriage is smooth, the glide is perfect.

The customer support team is amazing and they do actually care about us customers and our experience.

In short - if you're looking for a solid, well-manufactured and (!) decently priced reformer, you're in the right place! I've done an in-depth research prior to purchase and I'm very satisfied with my machine so far. Thank you!

Absolutely love my new machine! Smooth and quiet as promised and love how easy it is to fold up all by myself. It says you may need 2 people but as long as you grab the bar and keep your foot by the wheels to stop it from moving, it’s super simple! Thank you Fortus!

What a thrilling machine to work on, whole body workout...only regret is I did not get this years ago.

Recently received my reformer Mat Converter and I couldn’t be happier. As always, the customer service from the folks at Fortus was impeccable. I received the item right on schedule, and its quality is fantastic. It has already made the mat portion of my Neu Pilates training easier.

Love my reformer and use it most days. Love the convenience it adds to my Pilates routine. .Was easy to assemble, opening the crate was by far the hardest part.

I researched reformers for no less than three months, searching companies within and outside of Canada. I had narrowed it down to Fortus and one other (US based), and ultimately decided on a Canadian owned company, even with the slightly higher price point- I am so glad I did (delivery times were short, no tariffs, and, shop local!). First of all, the communication has been top notch; my emails are always responded to promptly and completely. The check in after delivery was also very much appreciated. Delivery was my only point of frustration (not delivered on the day it was supposed to be, which i'd planned for), but that really isn't on Fortus, and the problem was workable. The machine was easy to unpack and carry downstairs between my husband and I, and the set up videos were so so easy to follow. Took less than an hour to get it up and running. The machine is absolutely amazing, similar to the studio quality reformer I began using in a studio, but at less than half the price. The accessories (box, jump board, two sets of straps) that came with it means I can run through any kind of class I want, fully and completely. I have used the machine regularly since receiving it, it's beautiful aesthetically, the carriage is sold and glides easily, springs are easy to adjust, love the two options for a foot board, really a 10/10.

I have been working out at a Pilates studio in Kitchener, Ontario. Pilates has transformed my mobility with some spine issues. I really wanted to work out more frequently, and at home. Certain pilate moves on the reformer relieve sciatica. Morning routines help me move through the day more freely, without pain. The machines at my studio are awesome quality ( Balanced Body) and come from the US - a deal breaker for me.

I spent weeks looking at used machines on FB. There were Balance Body and a few others, I will still going to have to invest over $5k for a machine without warranty, rent a truck and risk making the wrong purchase.

Then I found Fortus Pilates. Kacia was so helpful and responded to all my many questions, promptly. The process was so easy, from the first email to the delivery. The video they provide for set up is easy to follow --well done. Everything in the crate was well marked making the assembly at home seamless. My pilates instructor was blown away at the quality and the attention to detail on the machine. The carriage is quiet and glides beautifully. The accessories are top quality. There's velvet in the foot straps!! And it is made in CANADA. Way to go Fortus. Thank you for this quality Canadian product and all the efforts to fine detail.
