I absolutely love my new folding maple elite reformer. I have been doing Pilates for over a decade and this reformer has exceeded my expectations. It was super easy to unpack and set up with quality design built into it throughout.

I can't say enough about this reformer, and even more so, customer service for this product. The reformer itself is exceptionally well made and a joy to use. However, it was damaged during shipment, and I was horrified because it was such an important investment. Kacia and Greg immediately called me and were extremely supportive and completely transparent about my options. I chose to fix the damage myself, which did not affect use of the unit, and they gave me a generous discount because of my trouble. Customer support gets 15 stars out of 5, and as I said, the reformer itself is phenomenal. I cannot rate this company and its products highly enough!

As others have, we have researched reformers cost, quality and our personal requirements through reviews and real world experience. We decided on the Aluminum Elite Studio Reformer With Tower.
The Fortus Pilates family has communicated throughout the entire process personally....the initial broad questions, availability, shipping, delivery, setup, and satisfaction; all expedient and thoughtful.
Our Fortus reformer replaces several machines (rowing machine, bike, etc.), which had taken up more space. It hits more muscle groups and is a complement to free weights.
Setup was easy for me, and they included tools, instructions, and videos. Quality after a few months is fantastic. I'm particularly appreciative of the high quality springs, smooth wheels, quiet operation, etc.
We are so much better off with this purchase, a gratifying ache of real muscle usage, as well as a full body stretch to relax.

I ALMOST bought a Merrithew, but sooo glad I bought this with the tower. I got the machine 5 days ago, set it up quickly and have been mind boggled by the versatility, quality and smart engineering that went into this! I have only been doing reformer for a few months at a local club, but with the free online training and this beautiful machine, I feel my fitness and health goals, will be more than achievable. I had high expectations for this unit based on user reviews and the excellent customer service I received even before I placed my order. I am not disappointed! From the care taken to pack the pieces for shipping to the quality and aesthetics of this reformer/tower and all accessories, nothing has been overlooked. The carriage glides easily on the rails and doesn't even make a sound. Fortus has raised the bar in quality and value. Shipping only took a couple of weeks to arrive on Vancouver Island, and set up took about 30 minutes.

I love this reformer! I did a lot of research before I decided on this purchase. Even though it is cheaper than the reformer at my studio it is still an investment and I wanted to make sure it was as good as what I have been used to for the last 2 years. Well… it does not disappoint! I am very pleased with the quality of this beautiful machine! I am glad I didn’t spend that huge amount of money on the BB one and instead got this one! It feels like the same quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Fortus! They were very responsive to my

My wife and I are loving the reformer machine we purchased from Fortus! The experience has been excellent - from the ordering on the website, to delivery and unpacking, and to setup and using the machine. We love the flexibility of using the machine whenever we want and not being at the mercy of scheduling a class with a gym. The quality of the machine is fabulous, and the ease of setup and folding it when we need to put it away is great. I would absolutely recommend this product.

This is a great reformer at a super value. It's incredibly quiet and folds and unfolds fairly easily. It comes expertly packed in a wooden crate, sp avoids any damage in shipping. I received it within a couple of weeks, so it was very efficient, as well. I'm so pleased with this investment in my health!

Love this home reformer! Not only is it pretty, but it is solid and comfortable. I am able to perform all levels of Pilates on this reformer. Also loving the jump board! Great purchase! I will be purchasing a 2nd very soon!

So pleased with the reformer, well made and beautiful. I have missed the mental and physical benefits of Pilates and am happy to have the opportunity to continue at home. Definitely would recommend this folding reformer to anyone with limited space.
