I love my new reformer! It is beautiful and well built. It was relatively easy to assemble; the Fortus video instructions are very clear and helpful. It was delivered within the same week of order. The biggest hurdle is just getting it unpacked, but again the videos they emailed gave clear instructions. The Fortus employees I spoke with were all so helpful
and nice. Great company to do business with.

I've had my new Fortus Maple Elite Studio Reformer at home now for a week and am so pleased with it! The quality and performance is better than any brand I've used in U.S. studios, and the cost was about half. Previously, I'd spent a year using an extremely high quality reformer made in Spain in a studio in Europe, but when I moved back to the U.S. this year, I was so disappointed in the poorer quality of studio reformers. When I found Fortus online, not only was I impressed by the reviews and the price, but the customer service reviews were what cinched the deal. Ordering, answering my questions by phone and email, shipping and set-up were all top-notch and made the entire process so easy for this 76-year old! And the whole process took only about two weeks, start to finish. The studio version of the reformer is exactly right for me, even though I'm older and 5'3, because it matches and excels what I've come to expect in studio workouts the past year. Having the jump board, box, extender and foot rest all included in the price is amazing. Additionally, the 60-day free access to a huge variety of live and recorded 30 to 60 minute sessions is exactly what I needed to know I could follow an exercise program at home.

I just received my Maple Elite reformer yesterday and it is all set up and in use. From inquiries, to shipping, to setup Fortus Pilates is top notch. The reformer looks beautiful and works wonderfully.

I purchased this for my lovely wife for her birthday! She uses a one when she goes for physio but gets costly to go twice a week so now that she knows how to properly use one she wanted one for at home! She is very happy with the product, sturdy and versatile with the tower option that she would recommend getting.
