The reformer is beautiful and a dream to use. It’s sturdy and noiseless. The only issue is shipping. The shipping tracking is not always accurate and the shipper will only drop it on the curb. Trying to coordinate the delivery and with people who could help me was a bit of an ordeal.

The customer service is the best. Very impressed with this company, also very responsive to emails and all my questions.

I just received my Fortis Maple Elite Reformer, and it’s beautiful. It arrived so quickly and the packaging was so clever and protective. The reformer is very sturdy and very high quality. I’ve created a small Pilates studio for myself in a spare bedroom and I’m excited to get to work.

The reformer is great I’ve been to many studios and this one is the best ! Its sturdy springs are tight ! I love it ! I would highly recommend this reformer ! The jump board is also large , which I love !
