I receive my reformer a week ago and ordering and shipping was easy. Kacia was very helpful with all questions that I had and responded to emails quickly. Setup was quick and easy. So far I am loving the reformer. I am new to Pilates and as far as I can tell the reformer is very smooth and has all the adjustments I have needed. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new reformer! The delivery was quick and easy. Quicker than I was anticipating... set up was quick and very easy. The natural pilates app ( comes 90 days free when you purchase a reformer) is just like the in class pilates workouts I use to attend. So far everything is working good! Glad I made the Purchase. :)

The process of purchasing the reformer was very easy. I got my reformer within a week. Fortus sent me a lot of details about my order and what to expect for shipment. Customer service was great! Assembly of my reformer was super easy and the videos were very clear and helpful.
The reformer itself is amazing quality. I teach pilates and would 110% recommend this reformer! It's super smooth, quiet and sturdy. There are a lot of little details that I think a lot of instructors would appreciate (the easy adjustable foot bar, the wider carriage and standing platform, adjustable stopper, the 3-tiered spring settings and 6 springs). It's clear Fortus has put a lot of thought into this reformer! I love it!
