The Fortus Studio Reformer & Tower is well made, beautifully designed, and easy to assemble. Although, initially, the outlay might seem sizeable, I believe, after only a few workouts, that this equipment is excellent value for money. I still attend sessions with a qualified trainer in a Pilates Studio, but am now able to take maximum advantage of all those skills learned by practising at home. I was a little worried when I saw the huge crate it came in, but once I opened it up it was very easy to put it together! It looks even better in person and I am so excited to start using it! I also love that it’s a Canadian Company so it arrived so quickly!

I did a lot of research. Read a lot of reviews. Reached out to a couple businesses with questions. Fortus was the only one who replied with the actual answers to my questions.

I had done Club Pilates for 8 months, my daughter joined and my husband wanted to. Made sense for us to look into a studio quality reformer.

Delivery was speedy quick. Set up was simple, even hauling it down the stairs to our workout room.

The quality is on par with the studio reformers I was used to using. The glide is super smooth.

I like that the box and jump board came with the reformer. All for a very good price. I expected the quality to be a little less, as it wasn’t as expensive as the brand at the studio. I am pleasantly surprised that is 100% on par and 1/2 the price.

It’s scary to purchase something sight unseen, I’m thrilled I took the leap!

We had zero problems, but based on their responsiveness and reading other reviews, I have no doubt it there had been a problem, they would have taken care of it immediately. I cannot recommend this reformer more!

I absolutely love this reformer. I took pilates classes at a studio only a few times a month as an add on to my lifting scheudle. I loved it but classes just got to be too expensive so I decided to get a reformer at home! I scoured the internet on which reformer would be best! I read a few reviews on Fortus but then I called the company to ask a few questions. The customer service was impeccable! Which is super rare these days! To be honest that ended up being my deciding factor to purchase...it means so much when a company shows they truly care about customers needs! I received my reformer and delivery was seamless, I unpacked it myself bc I was so anxious to get on it! I should have waited for help but I did it and it was fine. The reformer is very sturdy, is super quiet and its so pretty! The wood is gorgeous, and the springs are very durable. The straps are great quality! Now that I have the reformer at home I am doing pilates even more! I highly recommend Foruts!

My thoughts about my first Reformer that I have waited over 15 years for ....

I am so Thankful I found Fortus Pilates. Who makes a Canadian (mostly) Product that we can afford in Canada when looking for a premium quality and studio type of reformer.

I have been doing Pilates for over 17 year. First it was mat Pilates than reformer classes always wishing for my own. I just never put myself first when I had small children thinking the cost was more than I wanted to pay.

I can say I am more in love with Pilates than the day I started. My Fortus Reformer making that happen.

I was very apprehensive that I would make the purchase and then receive the reformer and not be able to set it up, or it would squeak (god forbid) or not be a nice smooth glide.
Well I will tell you NONE of that happened. It is very smooth and set up was more than easy. My husband kept saying do you need help and than was surprised when in less than 30min I was on my reformer doing my first workout.
What is fantastic is the jump board and other platform boards that come with it as part of the package no 'additional' fees.
Fortus has been an amazing company to deal with as well. Delivery was smooth and on time.

I have used my reformer 4-5x a week since I purchased it Mid January. Like I said in love with my practice once again.

If you are at all hesitant don't be . If you are after a quality reformer equal to the company( initials BB which is what I would have used at our local studio) this is an equal comparison in my humble opinion.
I don't know how to talk to the person who is reading this saying will I use it will I like it . I was also that person. If you like/love pilates reformer work you will be happy. I am so thankful I took the step and purchased my own . I have used it more in my home than I would have by going to a studio to use a reformer. There are classes on Youtube you can do for free or pay for. Fortus gives you a free month as well to try classes they support. So there is nothing to be afraid of . If you love Pilates take a step in your health today you won't be disappointed.

I am very pleased with my maple elite reformer. I was very easy to assemble the few parts that needed to be assembled on the reformer. It’s a very attractive looking piece of equipment. It glides effortlessly ! And, the company itself was very good to deal with thru all the questions I had about the different types of reformers and the simple ordering process. Delivery was great too…no problems.

Our folding reformer arrived within a week of ordering and the delivery was excellent. We had watched the video and had no problem uncrating and setting it up. The reformer is very well made and sturdy. The springs are so tight after years of using a reformer in a studio we need to adjust to them, and they are so quiet! The leather is perfect, the box, and jump board are also well made and comfortable. We like that the foot bar locks in place easily and is totally out of the way when placed in the lowest position. We were so happy with ours that a fellow classmate from our studio also bought one.
