The recent purchase of Fortis Maple Elite Studio Pilates Reformer is a welcomed addition to my little home gym. I was so excited when I got the email that it was back in stock - you’d have thought I won the lottery. I had a great experience speaking with friendly customer service personel before I made the purchase, the delivery was on time, and assembling it was not as challenging as expected. It is affordable, sturdy, has a comfortable straps with a smooth flow which is exactly what I need. I’m pleased with my investment I have made toward my health - now results :)

I am so pleased with the care the Fortus team processed my order. My reformer is of high quality, great look and the delivery was flawless! The instructional videos for installation were very clear and made it easy for me to put my new reformer together.

Received my Elite Studio Reformer this week. Really well packaged and broke my first sweat unpacking it. Very high quality beautiful machine (I’ve used it a couple times already). Product is very high quality, customer service is top notch and price is reasonable. Do you need any other reason to buy? Great to see a Canadian company doing such an excellent job!

I have recently purchased the Fortus Pilates folding reformer and I want to start off by saying that the quality is exceptional. As a busy mom of three little ones who had just started in her Pilates journey, I had a difficult time for months dragging myself out of bed at 5am to go to 6am Pilates classes at a studio/club. But having fallen in love with Pilates already and trying to keep the commitment that I made to myself, I then began my search on the internet to see what options were available so that I could have more flexibility in my schedule and continue reformer Pilates at home.

If you’re reading this review, you might be in a similar situation as I once was in. Where you are thinking about just how many options there are out there, all at different price points. I honestly can’t remember how I stumbled upon Fortus Pilates, but I’m so glad that I did.

The folding reformer is perfect for my personal needs, as I do have limited space at home. The price point was also the most competitive that I found without sacrificing quality at all. I was a bit hesitant in the beginning though, as there didn’t seem to be that many reviews on their website. However, now after having received and used the folding reformer in person, I’m truly impressed.

Furthermore, the whole process from start to finish was easy and stress free. Greg and Kacia were great at communicating with me as they answered all of my questions/got back to me as soon as they could which I value and appreciate a lot as a customer! The delivery was also packaged thoughtfully and delivered with care.

From customer service, to ease of shipping, and quality of the machine itself, I can not fault this company. They have been fantastic from start to finish.
The machine is simply stunning. It rides smoothly, its SO SO quiet, the materials are high quality and overall I couldn't be happier! I will be back to order more of these for my studio.

I love this reformer!! It was super easy to set up and is very well made. I’m fairly new to Pilates but this reformer seems to have lots of options, came with many accessories and was very reasonably priced. I’m excited to have the freedom of doing Pilates at home!
