Shipping & Delivery

For our standard curbside shipping, the process is as follows:  

• Shortly after your order is placed, you'll receive an email with a tracking link and ETA.  Note that this ETA is estimated only.  Often deliveries are delayed a day or two beyond the ETA.    
• In stock orders will leave our warehouse in two to three business days.
• Once your shipment has arrived in your area and is ready for delivery, the shipping company will call you to schedule the delivery day, to make sure you can be there to receive the delivery.  
• Delivery is curbside only.  In practice, provided it is safe to do so, the delivery person will be happy to place the reformer in your garage or in the outside location of your choice.  The delivery cannot be placed inside or up any stairs.

Unpacking & Moving Inside

Once your reformer or chair has been delivered, you'll need to get it unpacked, moved inside, and assembled.  Here are our recommended steps:

• Open the crate outside.  See our video.
• Remove all the smaller items (e.g. jumpboard, sitting box, platform extender, and other accessories) from the crate and move them inside.
• For our Maple Elite Studio Reformer and Maple Elite Studio Reformer with Tower, the carriage can be lifted off the frame and brought inside separately. 
• For our Maple Elite Home Folding Reformers, if you unfold the reformer after removing it from the crate, the carriage can be lifted off the frame and brought inside separately.
• For our Aluminum Elite Reformers, the carriage cannot be removed for moving.
• Once you are down to just the reformer frame (or reformer frame and carriage for the aluminum reformer), two people can move the reformer inside.  Though the reformer frame is long, it is not very wide or high, and is easily brought through doors etc.
