Want to get a free $100 Amazon gift card?  Refer a friend to Fortus Pilates, and if they purchase a reformer, we'll send you one.

The Fine Print

To claim your gift card, you must send an email to [email protected] within 72 hours of the referred individual making a reformer purchase. Please include both your name and the name of the person you referred.

The referred individual must purchase a reformer. Purchases of non-reformer items from Fortus Pilates do not qualify for the referral program.

You must have previously purchased a Fortus Pilates reformer to be eligible for the referral program.

There is no limit to the number of gift cards you can collect. If you refer five unique individuals who each purchase a reformer, we will send you five $100 Amazon gift cards.

If a single individual you refer purchases more than one reformer, you will receive only one $100 Amazon gift card.

Gift cards will be sent electronically within 5 business days following the receipt of the email informing Fortus Pilates of the referral.

Fortus Pilates reserves the right to modify the terms of the program at any time and to reject referral claims at its sole discretion.
