Standard Shipping Rates by Province
Our standard shipping service includes our delivery team contacting you to schedule delivery at a time convenient to you. Note that our standard shipping is curbside only. Standard shipping does not include delivery to the inside of your residence or business.

White Glove Delivery
Available in most major cities, our white glove delivery service includes the following additional benefits:
- Two-man delivery team.
- Unpackaging of the reformer.
- Placement of the reformer in the room of your choice, including up or down stairs.
- Removal of all packaging materials.
Things to be aware of when considering white glove delivery:
- Not available everywhere in Canada.
- Usually costs an additional $600-$800 over standard shipping.
- 30-day at-will returns not possible, since packaging material is removed.

Shipping Frequently Asked Questions
How long does shipping take?
We do our best to ship orders within 2 - 4 business days. From there, shipping can take from 2 - 8 business days, depending on how far from our warehouse and a major city you are located.
Where will my order ship from?
Our warehouse is located in Toronto.
Why is the shipping so expensive?
Unfortunately, our costs to ship these large, heavy machines is extremely high - between $500 and $1200. While we absorb around 30% of the shipping costs in the price of the reformer, we do still need our customers to cover the remaining 70% of the shipping costs.
Can I pickup my reformer at your warehouse?
Yes. If you choose to pickup your own reformer from the warehouse there will be no shipping cost applied to your order. Contact us for details.
