In stark contrast, Fortus Pilates offers a customer-friendly return policy.  If you're not entirely satisfied with your reformer within the first 30 days, simply let us know, and we'll make arrangements for the machine to be returned, and a refund will be issued.  Your satisfaction is our priority.
