Easy Returns

Balanced Body, unfortunately, restricts product returns to only cases of defects.  If you find yourself dissatisfied with your Balanced Body reformer, you're left with limited options. In stark contrast, Fortus Pilates offers a customer-friendly return policy.  If you're not entirely satisfied with your reformer within the first 30 days, simply let us know, and we'll make arrangements for the machine to be returned, and a refund will be issued.  Your satisfaction is our priority.

Warranty

Secure the longevity of your investment.  A high-quality reformer should endure for years, even in a studio environment.  A robust warranty demonstrates a manufacturer's commitment to their product and customer satisfaction.

Regrettably, Balanced Body reformer warranties leave much to be desired.  While the Balanced Body frame offers a limited lifetime warranty the offer only 90 days on upholstery while other wear items are excluded from any warranty at all, shifting the risk of potential product failures onto you, the customer.  In contrast, Fortus Pilates stands firmly behind every component of every reformer we produce, offering an industry-leading warranty covering all parts, including the upholstery.  We're dedicated to your satisfaction and the lasting quality of our products.
